"Make A Splash" Cookie Theme

I was asked to make 100 cookies that had a river/water/make a splash theme, this is what I came up with. I got all clipart off the computer. I used my projector to transfer the pictures onto the cookies.

Sugar cookies with marshmallow fondant base and royal icing designs.
